It seems like there will be Halo Infinite early access for the multiplayer after all, as a new bundle has just appeared on the Microsoft Store offering exactly that. The Halo Infinite Early Access Digital Bundle was spotted on the store this weekend, just a month ahead of the game’s December release date — which is for both campaign and multiplayer, but other than the various beta tests, there hasn’t been any hint of a Halo Infinite early access release before.
Will there be Halo Infinite Early Access for multiplayer?
It seems like Microsoft will be releasing an early access version of Halo Infinite’s multiplayer, which may contain special DLC too. The Halo Infinite Early Access Digital Bundle was spotted on the Microsoft Store by Italian app store dataminer @ALumia_Italia, who also noticed that the backend page for Halo Infinite had three new and unknown DLC packs added over the weekend.
All of this appears to be specifically for the multiplayer side of Halo Infinite, which was previously confirmed as being free-to-play and also being made available separately from the main single-player campaign. Just like with most multiplayer shooters, a full Battle Pass will be available, although it is likely there will be other DLC added, too. Presumably, if the Early Access Digital Bundle is going to be for sale, these additional DLCs will be used as justification for charging for it — presumably, any bundle will include the Battle Pass, too.

As the release date for Halo Infinite approaches the game is surely taking shape, thanks especially to the various beta tests — of which there may be more this month prior to release, and hopefully a beta or demo for the single-player campaign, too. Whether or not the superb Firefight mode will be back or if Halo Infinite will get a battle royale mode is yet to be seen.
