Animal Crossing: New Horizons‘ Gyroids are adorable, musical creatures that players can place to brighten up their islands. Here’s a full list of Animal Crossing: New Horizons Gyroids (so far) that ACNH players on Nintendo Switch can aim to collect.

Acquiring this number of Gyroids since the ACNH 2.0 update did require utilizing time travel exploits, however. It’ll take players much longer to build a collection legit, though by advancing the clock u/lynnlovestea has been able to offer some insight on more ways to find and get Gyroids in Animal Crossing on Nintendo Switch.

How to get Gyroids in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

  • Find and grow Gyroid Fragments:
    1. Speak with Kapp’n to visit a mysterious island.
    2. Use the shovel on dig spots (X on the ground).
    3. Take Gyroid Fragments home, dig a hole, then plant them.
    4. Water the Gyroid Fragments and wait for them to grow.
  • Use the shovel on dig spots around the home island.
  • Speak to Blathers at the museum.
  • Talk with Brewster at the Roost cafe.

Dig spots on players’ home islands can reveal whole Gyroids, which don’t require planting or nurturing. Finding them at home seems to be somewhat rare, however, as does getting a Gyroid as a gift from an NPC. More often than not, users will need to visit ACNH mystery islands and grow Gyroids the old-fashioned way.

It’s early days for the ACNH 2.0 update, so players will almost certainly discover more Gyroids over time; stay tuned to GameRevolution for updates moving forward.
