Battlefield 4 Updated, One Week Free Through Origin

DICE has continued work on Battlefield 4 and a new update promises gameplay balances, tweaks, and fixes to things like the game's HUD.

Specifically, DICE have updated the core gameplay to account for improvements to the overall balance in Rush, Obliteration, and other game modes. Visual recoil, soldier movement, and revive mechanic improvements have also gotten attention.

More importantly, the team has done some work on the HUD.

Focusing on clarity, and de-cluttering the HUD/UI to only show what is important – we have added several options and functionality to make your screen much less cluttered (and give you a lot of choice in making it the way you want).

For the full list of improvements, check out the Battlefield blog. If you want to try the game on PC, check out the Origin Game Time program to get a free week-long trial of Battlefield 4.
