Microsoft has unveiled an Xbox IHOP promotion that adds fun Xbox-themed items to the menu like the Forza Family Feast. Ending on October 31 at participating IHOPs, the event will allow diners to claim new prizes through IHOP’s rewards program like the Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate trials, and Grounded as a download code. Those looking for limited-time Xbox collectibles will want to score an Xbox Syrup Caddy that comes bundled with a blue Xbox Wireless Controller, with contest details to be posted on IHOP’s social channels.
What’s on the Xbox IHOP menu?
First and foremost, the Forza Family Feast (pictured in the first image in the article) is the largest of the bunch. It’s apparently so big of a meal that it’s only available through IHOP ‘N Go, so you can’t sit down and order it. The full course serves four people and includes 4 servings of scrambled eggs and hash browns, 8 buttermilk pancakes, 8 sausage links, and 8 bacon strips.
For those who want to dine in, you have two options. There’s Grounded, which is just a big brunch steakburger with bacon, pancakes, a fried egg, and American cheese. And then there’s Party Animals, a smaller pancake combo with just two cupcake pancakes, two eggs over medium, sausage links, and hash browns.
On September 13, Xbox fans in the Seattle area will be able to head to a newly remodeled IHOP at Bellevue Marketplace for a restaurant pop-up event. Diners will be able to try the new item menus and play games at the same time. Or you can just watch the event live-streamed on Xbox’s Twitch channel from 11 AM-12 PM PST for a chance to win IHOP gift cards and other prizes.
To be frank, this promotion will likely not be as successful as the Pokemon McDonald’s Happy Meal promotion that comes with collectible cards and toys. But it’s still good fun, so why not?
