new Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Amiibo four Champions

New Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Amiibo are coming on launch day

Four new Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Amiibo are going to be arriving when this new The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild prequel launches later this year.

Daruk, Urbosa, Mipha, and Revali will be getting the Amiibo treatment for this brand-new game set in The Legend of Zelda universe. The four legendary Champions of the land are each getting a stylish Amiibo figure, although it isn’t quite clear how they’re going to work with the game.

Today’s announcement of Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity mentioned that these four Champions will be playable for the first time in The Legend of Zelda franchise. However, it didn’t go into much more detail beyond that.

With the reveal of these new Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Amiibo, we may soon learn that these figurines are required to play these four new characters. We’ll likely find out more details when Koei Tecmo releases more details about this upcoming game on September 26, 2020.
