Late last year, Take-Two Interactive filed a trademark for “Mafia” and we now know the reason why: the Mafia Trilogy is coming. This revived collection of games will feature Mafia, Mafia 2, and Mafia 3, and it looks like it will all be arriving in one package!
The Mafia Trilogy was revealed today via a short teaser trailer which shows off the three protagonists: Thomas “Tommy” Angelo from Mafia, Vito Scaletta from Mafia II, and Lincoln Clay from Mafia III. This glorious gangster trilogy first made its debut way back in 2002 and it took 15 years for the third game to be released for the current generation.

The graphics of the first game do look a bit dated — and that’s why it looks like we’re getting a full-blown remaster of all three titles. While the teaser only shows us a short video of each protagonist, it’s certainly looking very good.
Unfortunately, we don’t know too much else about this revival just yet other than it’s coming for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One; more details are set to be revealed on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at 12:00 PM EDT on mafiagame.com.
