Who is Venom in Spiderman 2?

In Spiderman 2, Venom is Harry Osborn, the son of Norman Osborn and childhood friend of Peter parker.

One of the first cutscenes in the game sees Harry Osborn two years ago in a laboratory looking at a large cylindrical tank with a black mass inside.
