Marvel's Spider-Man 2 City Tokens How to Get Them Where Fast

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 City Tokens: How to Get Them Fast

The Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 City Tokens are a required resource for many upgrades in the game. Fortunately, they are not too difficult to obtain early in the main campaign, so you’ll be able to get the majority of the City Tokens you need to unlock the suits, suit tech, gadgets, and skills that need them. Compared to other resources like Tech Parts, Rare Tech Parts, and Hero Tokens, there aren’t that many places to get City Tokens. Here’s where to get City Tokens quickly in Spider-Man 2 for PS5.

How to get Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 City Tokens fast

The fastest way to get City Tokens in Spider-Man 2 is to complete Marko’s Memories and Photo Ops side objectives.

Marko’s Memories are available very early in the game after you defeat Sandman in the opening prologue. You’ll find crystals strewn all over New York City that you can find on the map. Approaching one of them will trigger a fight against creatures made of sand, with the more annoying mobs being those that try to attack you from far away. Once you clear the objective, you’ll receive a handful of City Tokens for your troubles, and you’ll want to this anyway to get more information on what’s going on with Marko.

The other way to get City Tokens fast is to complete Photo Ops. This side objective also appears early in the game, though you will need to hunt down each photo ops yourself as you swing around the city. If you see a blue cone with a camera symbol while you’re exploring, you can enter the area and open the camera. Once you find a good angle on the subject you’re focusing on, you can snap a picture and Peter or Miles will automatically send it off. This will net you some City Tokens in exchange.

Last but not least are some Brooklyn Visions Requests that only Miles Morales can complete. Suffice it to say, if you complete all three of these side activities, you’ll have all the City Tokens you need until the end of the game.
