Where do you find more pistol ammo in Sons of the Forest?

There are a few locations where you can find pistol ammo in Sons of the Forest. Here are some places where 9mm ammo can spawn:

Most ammo in Sons of the Forest is generated through RNG. So, finding pistol bullets depends on luck. Your best bet for farming 9mm is to map out areas where multiple containers and cases spawn. These reset every 2-3 in-game days, and you’ll have another chance to acquire pistol ammo.

Of course, you can also just hand the pistol over to Virginia since she has unlimited ammo for all firearms in her inventory. Even if you hand her an unloaded gun, she’ll somehow pull bullets out of the air and engage any enemies close to her.
