The Boys Season 3 What Happens to Stan Edgar

The Boys Season 3: What Happened to Stan Edgar?

Fans are eager to know what happened to Stan Edgar in The Boys Season 3. His downfall came as a huge surprise, especially since Victoria Neuman seemed to be on his side. It seemed like he had all the power, but instead, he’s been swept off the board. So, what’s going to happen to Edgar next?

What happens to Stan Edgar at the end of The Boys Season 3

The Boys Season 3 Stan Edgar

At the end of The Boys Season 3, Stan Edgar has been removed from his position as CEO of Vought International, and the company has severed ties with him. Homeland is the new CEO, and Edgar’s former allies and daughter-figure, Victoria Neuman, has publicly denounced him.

By the time the final fight between Homelander and Soldier Boy occurs, it seems that Edgar is in dire straits. He’s lost control of Vought and the respect of those who used to fear him. However, things aren’t always as they seem.

Stan Edgar navigated the treacherous corridors of Vought for decades and cultivated many alliances. Victoria likely turned on him due to fear of Homelander. However, her deal with Homelander is tenuous at best. She was raised as Edgar’s daughter, and only fear for her daughter (and the desire to obtain Compound V from Homelander) caused her to betray him.

Alternatively, Edgar has an astute strategic mind and is very familiar with both Homelander and Victoria. He’s the puppet master who put both of them in their current positions, and it seems unlikely they’d catch him off guard.

His removal from Vought might be something he orchestrated. His arrogant attitude toward Homelander afterward showed that he had no fear of the situation and wasn’t the behavior of a man who was on the ropes.

So, really, at the end of The Boys Season 3, we don’t know exactly what’s happening with Stan Edgar. He could be in deep trouble, or everything could be going as planned. We won’t know for sure until we see season four.
