Halo Infinite Tenrai Event: How to unlock Fractures Yoroi armor

The Halo Infinite Tenrai event is the first big event coming to the latest Halo game’s multiplayer mode since it was released as a surprise yesterday for the franchise’s 20th anniversary. The Halo Infinite Fractures: Tenrai start date is happening just next week, and like all the features in the Season One Battle Pass it’ll be challenge-focused, so players will likely need to finish some challenges to get it. But what are they?

How to unlock the Halo Infinite Tenrai Event Fractures Yoroi armor

The Fractures: Tenrai Yoroi armor can be obtained entirely for free by completing the event’s challenges in the special Event Pass when they go live in the Tenrai featured playlist, which is separate from the multiplayer’s main matchmaking. By all accounts, the Tenrai Event Pass will be free and the Yoroi armor can be earned without purchasing a Battle Pass, although once the armor core has been unlocked players can buy special Yoroi-specific premium customizations in the store.

At the moment, the exact challenges needed to unlock the Tenrai Yoroi armor core have not been revealed, and will likely not be available until the event starts next week. However, developer 343 Industries has promised that there will be more chances to unlock the Yoroi samurai armor in the future during Season 1 and not just the early access beta period.

What is the Halo Infinite Fractures Tenrai start date?

The Fractures: Tenrai event in Halo Infinite multiplayer begins on Tuesday, November 23, and it will run for one week until November 30. It is the first big event of Season One and it will apparently return several times throughout the season, so players don’t have to earn it the first time.
