A Nintendo Switch version of Giant Sparrow’s surreal and emotional walking simulator What Remains of Edith Finch has been listed on the Japanese Nintendo eShop. There’s currently no word on a release in the West for the Annapurna Interactive-published game, but the Japanese version does support the English language (though that could mean nothing at all).
