Razer Limited Edition Star Wars Xbox Series X|S Controllers Available Now

Razer has launched a range of limited edition Star Wars Xbox Series X|S controllers just in time for Star Wars Day on May 4. The four controllers are inspired by Imperial Stormtroopers, Mandalorian armor, Darth Vader, and Boba Fett, and they all come with quick charging stands to go with the controller theme. May the 4th be with you!

The limited-edition controllers come in four different styles. The Boba Fett Edition is inspired by the Mandalorian bounty hunter’s helmet, complete with the faux dent and kill marks. The black Darth Vader controller has an image of the infamous Sith Lord as well as the Lucasfilm 50th anniversary logo in gold. The Mandalorian Beskar controller is inspired by the silver and grey Mandalorian armor, while the Stormtrooper controller draws clear inspiration from a Stormtrooper helmet. All of the quick charging stands come with themes to match the controllers.

The Xbox series X|S Star Wars controllers all have a wireless connection as well as Bluetooth for xCloud Gaming, Android, and iOS. The Xbox Accessories app allows for custom button mapping and there are impulse analog triggers. There’s a standard 3.5mm analog audio port for use on a console or PC. Finally, the battery life boasts approximately 12 hours. The bad news is the price tag. The Boba Fett, Darth Vader, and Mandalorian Beskar controllers are all $179.99 and are available for purchase right now, although the Darth Vader controller is exclusive to the Razer site. The Stormtrooper controller boasts a price tag of $199.99. Will you be adding one to your collection?

In other news, Xbox Game Pass is adding seven games during the first two weeks of May 2022, including NHL 22 and Trek to Yomi. On the other hand, the service is also losing seven games during the same period, including Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – Definitive Edition.
