A Final Fantasy 7 Remake PC port has reportedly been hinted at in the datamined demo’s files, with NVIDIA and AMD information allegedly contained within the data. The new information is said to contain multiple references to a PC port, including improved resolutions over the game’s PS4 release.

The datamined info pertaining to the Final Fantasy 7 Remake alleged including details about a PC release, including it running at a higher resolution than 1080p. According to those who unearthed the data, the game runs at 1080p and 30 FPS on PS4 and will be “probably upscaled” on PS4 Pro:

According to Twitter user @roXyPS3, there was PC code “left inside” the as-yet-unconfirmed PS4 demo, including references to “NVIDIA and AMD stuff”:
Yeah already discussed this yesterday in Discord with others that there are many "many" signs inside the Demo that we will see a future PC Port sooner or later. There is PC Code still left inside, and it mentions various higher Resolutions together with some NVIDIA and AMD stuff.

Square Enix hasn’t officially announced the PS4 demo, though datamined information has been popping up all over the internet recently. With the RPG set to release in March 2020, many expect the demo to be released on PSN sooner rather than later.
