The first WWE 2K20 screenshots have been revealed, finally giving us a first look of the game. Not only are two of the WWE’s massive roster of superstars confirmed to appear on the game’s roster, but more details about the game will also be revealed next week.
Shared by both the WWE games and WWE Twitter accounts, the first screenshot is none other than the Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar. The current reigning, defending, undisputed WWE Universal Champion is one of the most popular (or most unpopular depending on who you talk to) wrestler on the current roster. His signature moves are the F5 and german suplex, which will undoubtedly be featured in WWE 2K20. He has also been the cover star for 2016’s entry, WWE 2K17.

The second screenshot is of Bayley during her entrance with the, as commentator Byron Saxton would describe the giant inflatable tubes, “whacky, inflatable, arm-flailing Bayley buddies.” Known for her moves “Bayley to Belly” and a Macho Man-esque elbow drop, she is currently the WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion. While she has never been the cover athlete, she has been playable in previous WWE 2K games.
Along with the screenshots, it was announced that more details about the game will be revealed next week, on Monday, August 5, 2019. Details on the reveal are pretty slim, but it was mentioned that we can expect a cover reveal and in-game footage. Additionally, the post also states that Monday’s announcement will contain the most details than they have ever shared during reveal day. These reveals will be made on the aforementioned WWE games Twitter account, so you’ll want to follow that if you don’t want to miss the upcoming announcement.
