10 Minutes Of Splinter Cell: Blacklist Gameplay Sneaks Out Of Gamescom

At E3 2012, Ubisoft used the Microsoft press conference and a massive screen behind closed doors to show off Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Ubisoft Toronto's first project and a direct sequel to Splinter Cell: Conviction.

The same mark and execute gameplay returns, but Sam is back in his uniform for a less personal, more political story. Frankly, I'm happy I'm not just chasing after Sam's daughter anymore. Tom Clancy's narratives are at their best when the characters are dealing with huge, interpolitical, international threats.

Ouch. That poor dog! At least Sam got an execute move off of poor Fido. Splinter Cell: Blacklist is slated for a Spring 2013 release on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC (as opposed to Conviction's Xbox 360 exclusivity).
