Master Chief’s Facelift in Halo 4 First Look Video

With Halo 4 slated for a release this fall as a major tentpole blockbuster on the Xbox 360, it was only a matter of time before we actually got our eyes on the return of Master Chief and Cortana.

Despite a cameo role in Halo: Reach, it's been a while since we got to play with the ol' Spartan again. 343 Industries is working to make sure there's nothing ol' about him though, while still retaining what made Halo so great the in the first place (read: what made it worth billions of dollars).

I honestly don't know if the world needs another Halo game. Sure, there could be something else out there that'd drive sales of the Xbox 360 while a new console is being developed… but that would be a risky move, possibly losing Microsoft tons of money.
