EA Skate Comes To Current Gen with Skate 3 Xbox One Backward Compatibility

Skaters have been very vocal about wanting EA to make a Skate 4. Although that may never happen, at least Microsoft is doing its part.

Skate 3 is the latest confirmed upcoming backward compatibility title for the Xbox One. Although this may seem insignificant to those unfamiliar to the series, Skate 3 is considered a beloved game for a variety of reasons, including the fact that it's the only good skateboarding game released in the past five years—unless you include OlliOlli, that is.

This support will apply to both physical and digital copies.

Among Skate 3's best traits is its wonky physics engine which results in hilarious moments. Check out the video below for a good laugh.
