Fallout 4 Confirmed, Coming to PS4, Xbox One, PC [Update: Trailer Live!]

Fallout 4 has officially been revealed, thanks to the game's teaser site posting the news a bit early.

As of this posting, the site has been pulled, but not before folks on NeoGAF managed to grab some noteworthy info, including screenshots, box art images, and more! Take a look at the game's cover art:
