What do Scadutree Fragments do?

In Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, you can exchange Scadutree Fragments for blessings that increase your damage resistance and the amount of damage you deal. However, the blessings only apply when you’re in the Land of Shadow. In the Lands Between, your stats return to their original values.
