Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Spring of Wisdom Location: Where to Find Naydra’s Claw

The Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Spring of Wisdom location is a place you’ll need to find for multiple quests, but most will try to find it so that they can restore the Mother Goddess Statue. Each of the three Goddess Statues in TotK, for Wisdom, Courage, and Power, will ask Link for a claw from the dragon that represents their virtue the most. For the Goddess Statue at the Spring of Wisdom, you’ll need to find Naydra’s Claw. Here’s where to find the Spring of Wisdom in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

What is the Spring of Wisdom location?

The Spring of Wisdom is located at coordinates 3919, -1332, 0466 and is placed at the top of Mount Lanaryu.

If you have the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower unlocked, you can fast travel there and then ascend the mountain toward the spring. Either way, we recommend that you find cold-resistant armor and make cold resistance dishes using Spicy Peppers and similar ingredients before making the trek.

As part of the Mother Goddess questline, the Goddess of Wisdom statue will ask Link for Naydra’s Claw. This dragon typically makes a route in the sky across Lanayru and Necluda. We recommend trying to get near the dragon using the paraglider from the various sky islands in the region and then aiming an arrow at the dragon’s hind claws for a chance for Naydra’s Claw to drop.

The Spring of Wisdom is also the location for the start of High Spring and the Light Rings quest. For this, you’ll be asked to launch Link high into the sky from the Mount Lanaryu Skyview Tower before dropping into a floating island to the southeast. Landing there will start a time trial where Link has to get through a series of green rings. Near the end of it, you’ll also find the Zakusu Shrine.
