Here’s how to catch Pokemon Legends: Arceus Shaymin and Darkrai and what save data’s needed to unlock the bonuses.

Pokemon Legends Arceus Save Data Bonus

To unlock the bonus DLC in Pokemon Legends: Arceus players will need saves from the following Switch games:

  • Pokemon Sword and Shield
  • Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee and Pikachu
  • Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

Having save data from either Pokemon Sword or Shield on the same Nintendo Switch as Pokemon Legends: Arceus will allow players to unlock the Shaymin Kimono Set for their characters and unlock the Shaymin Land Forme research quest. Save files from Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee or Pikachu will unlock masks based on those characters. Saves from Pokemon Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl will add the Modern Team Galactic Set DLC consisting of shoes, trousers, and a jacket, and also unlock the Darkrai research quest.

How to get Pokemon Legends: Arceus Darkrai and Shaymin

To be able to get Darkrai and Land Forme Shaymin in Pokemon Legends: Arceus:

  • Have save data for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl (Darkrai) or Pokemon Sword or Shield (Shaymin) on the same Switch as Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
  • Complete the main story and view the end credits.
