Call of Duty: Vanguard free access not working

Call of Duty: Vanguard free access not working fix

Players are still having trouble with the Call of Duty: Vanguard free access not working. The latest Call of Duty: Vanguard free trial weekend is happening now but players are reporting that, once again, they are discovering that don’t seem to have access to the trial —or keep on getting redirected to the main store and being asked to pay for the game. Is there a way to fix the Call of Duty: Vanguard free trial not working issue?

How to fix Call of Duty: Vanguard free access not working

Call of Duty: Vanguard free access not working

To fix the issue with the Call of Duty: Vanguard free trial not working or players being unable to access it, players must:

  1. Go to the PSN or Xbox Live search bar and specifically look for “vanguard free access” in the store
  2. This will lead to the store page for the Call of Duty: Vanguard free access trial rather than the main Vanguard page.
  3. From here, just click on the “Free” buy button and the console should start downloading Vanguard normally, for free this time.

The big problem players trying to get access to the Vanguard trial are facing is that a lot of the links for the free access — such as in the main menu or even in Warzone — just go to the game’s main page, where the trial is either not obvious or not available. Players have to search for the specific “free access” page itself in order to get the trial, especially PSN users. Make sure to choose the correct trial for either PS5 or PS4, too.
