Call of Duty Vanguard Theater Mode missing

Is Call of Duty: Vanguard Theater Mode missing?

Is there Call of Duty: Vanguard Theater Mode missing or was it just never included? The classic Call of Duty Theater Mode has been featured in most games in the series, in particular, all of Treyarch’s Black Ops series right up until last year’s Black Ops: Cold War — even various competitors have begun including the fun mode, including the ever-popular Fortnite. So is there a Call of Duty: Vanguard Theater feature or is it not in the game?

Where is the Call of Duty Vanguard Theater Mode?

There is not currently any sort of Theater Mode in Call of Duty: Vanguard, so anyone who wants to record any scenes or clips in the latest Call of Duty will have to use the console’s in-built recording feature to take clips. Anyone who wants to take some cool cinematics of the various multiplayer maps will still have to record them separately, but players can start a private multiplayer map alone and then use Free Camera on the CODcaster with all notifications turned off. They can then fly through the map as they please and record some fun map clips.

As for Theater Mode itself, it was strongly rumored to be featured in Call of Duty: Vanguard as it was spotted as an option in some leaked game files back in September. It is entirely possible that the mode will be added to Vanguard in a later update if Sledgehammer and Activision feels there’s a demand for it.

Nevertheless, there’s still a lot going on in Call of Duty: Vanguard already. Leaks have revealed that possible Indiana Jones and Captain America skins could be coming to the game as part of some sort of “American Heroes” pack, and there’s a glitch in the menu that allows players to equip the endgame Dark Aether and Atomic weapon skins without unlocking them.
