Climb to the top of the waterfall
To get the comb, Eivor will first have to climb to the top of the tall waterfall. It technically isn’t necessary but it does make the search a lot easier. Climb up to the very of the waterfall for a good view of Norway.
Walk to the edge of the large branch
There is a large branch overlooking the pool down below the waterfall. Walk on to the edge of it. It looks a bit like a synchronization point, but it isn’t one.
Do a swan dive off the large branch
Now jump off that large branch into the pool below. It’s a big drop but this is an Assassin’s Creed game so surface tension isn’t a thing.
Dive directly down
Jumping off the edge puts Eivor right in line with the cave that the comb is in. Searching for it manually is difficult so diving from the branch is an easy to way to just land right on top of it. The map of the spot is in the above picture.
Use Odin’s Sight to see and grab the comb
Dive straight down into a small cave in the top right of the picture (the lighter blue shade). There will be a corpse down there a bit into that cave. Loot it for the comb. Use Odin’s Sight (press in the right stick for a second) to get a better view since it is dark.
Return the comb to the woman
Once the comb is retrieved, go back to the woman and give her to comb. After a short walk and an oddly sensual conversation, the mission will be over, much to the chagrin of the other men. Completing this mission is a good way to level up and get skill points to use in the extensive skill tree.
