Predator: Hunting Grounds offers the rare chance to assume control over one of the deadliest hunters in film history. However, the new Predator doesn’t exactly look like the one from the original movie. Thankfully, you can still rock the old-school look by donning the Jungle Hunter outfit, also know as the 87 Skin. Here’s how to unlock the Jungle Hunter 87 Skin in Predator: Hunting Grounds.
Predator: Hunting Grounds | How to get the 87 Skin
The 87 Skin, also known as the Jungle Hunter skin, was originally offered as a preorder bonus. All players who preordered Predator: Hunting Grounds were given the exclusive 87 Skin as well as the “Ole Painless” mini-gun. It’s currently unknown if the 87 Skin will ever be offered as an extra download or purchase.

The Jungle Hunter skin is inspired by the original Predator film, which released in 1987 — hence the name “87 Skin.” For those who remember the movie, this skin represents the armored variant of the titular Predator, complete with a battle-scarred helmet. It’s a fairly reserved take on the hunter, especially when compared to other skins featured in the game — or the far more terrifying open-faced version featured in the movie.
Unfortunately, it seems like the classic Predator skin won’t be available for outside purchase. The developers haven’t mentioned any way to get it aside from preordering the game. Since the preorder window closed after the game released, the Jungle Hunter may become one of the game’s rarest skins. Of course, it’s always possible that it could be re-released sometime in the future. For now, only those who purchased the game ahead of time have access to it.
The 87 Skin in Predator: Hunting Grounds is a rare outfit only given to those who preordered the game. If you’re hoping to unlock the Jungle Hunter for yourself, you’re unfortunately out of luck, at least for the time being.
