Get trophies in Predator: Hunting Grounds | How to get skull cosmetics

There are many ways to get Predator: Hunting Grounds trophies because there are many meaning to that phrase. The game is on PS4 so you can get PlayStation trophies for completing certain challenges. There are trophy kills you can get as the Predator. But knowing how to get the skulls is probably what you want to know. So how do you get skull cosmetics in Predator: Hunting Grounds?

There are many cosmetics that you can put on your Predator like skin types, body types, masks, “Predlocks,” warpaint, and more. However, trophies are also one of them. These are little skulls that hang off your backside as you play, reminding you of your past hunts. But, unlike many of those other cosmetics (including other exotics), you can’t buy them with the in-game currency, Veritanium. So how do you get these trophies?

Sadly, you just have to wait for luck to be on your side since they appear to only be in Field Lockers, the game’s loot box system. There does not appear to be an alternate way, which is sort of what the game implies by barring you from purchasing them. They are exotic, too, which means they are the hardest to find. And this applies to the bobcat, coyote, and wolf skulls since they’re all exotic trophies.

Again, these are going to be super rare. Out of the 45 Field Lockers I have opened, I have maybe only gotten one or two exotics. There are a lot of cosmetics, too, so your chances of getting exotics out of everything are quite slim. Regardless, good luck as you’ll not only be hunting humans, but rare drops as well.
