What is the Borderlands 3 Maliwan Takedown?
Before we let you in on when the Maliwan Takedown content should be going live in Borderlands 3, we thought you might want to know a bit about it first. Firstly, it’s completely free endgame content. It’s a single, replayable mission that you can play in up to groups of four people. Be warned, though, that the Takedown at Maliwan’s Blacksite mission is stated to be very difficult.

You can only play the Maliwan Takedown content after you have completed Borderlands 3. It is recommended, too, that you should be level 50 to take part. Takedowns such as this one are meant to be around 35-40 minutes long to complete, too. With rewards such as exclusive Vault Hunter Head and Skins, as well as some of the best shields in the game, it is worth completing the Maliwan Takedown.
When is the Borderlands 3 Maliwan Takedown Release Time?
Based on previous patches and hotfixes, we know that the Borderlands 3 Maliwan Takedown release time should be either on or before November 21, 3 PM PT. Unfortunately, the developers haven’t revealed exactly when the Maliwan Takedown will go live.
