Different from the majority of other objectives in the game, The Division 2Garage Stash and Missing Wire Scavengers side mission locations aren’t granted their own waypoints, meaning there’s no clear indication of where agents are supposed to go in order to start these hidden side missions. Despite what you might thinking, upon seeing mission text with no actual location, this is not down to a bug nor glitch some causing their locations to be missing. Instead, it seems as though it’s Developer Massive Entertainment’s intention to include some hidden side mission locations keen explorers to discover. With that said, not everyone has time for that. If you want the XP without needing to search every inch of the game’s world, you’re in luck, as we’ve put together a simple map to help you find The Division 2 Garage Stash and Missing Wire Scavengers side mission locations.
The Division 2 Garage Stash side mission location
Firstly, there’s The Division 2 Garage Stash side mission location. This is most easily traveled to via the Dark Zone West gate, though there is also a Safe House nearby.
Head to the location shown in the map above and you’ll be able to start the Garage Stash side mission.
The Division 2 Missing Wire Scavengers side mission location
Tracking down The Division 2 Missing Wire Scavengers side mission location will take you to a high-level area, so if you haven’t yet leveled up, you may struggle to stay alive. If that’s the case, avoid combat and head northwest of Dark Zone East.
Head to the point of the map for the Missing Wire Scavengers side mission location.
As for why these missions are appearing in your mission list, despite you never having initiated them, we have a theory. Based on our progress through the game, it appears that these side missions are added to your own mission list when joining another agent, either via Matchmaking or via joining as backup. If the agent you join has started these hidden side missions, then you will be “infected” with that mission and have it added to your objective list.
