Although Apex Legends is a free-to-play game, there are of course plenty of add-ons you can buy for it. This includes the Apex Legends Founder’s Pack. Below, we’ve gathered together all that you’ll receive as part of the Founder’s Pack, how much it costs, and how it compares to the other smaller packs you can buy. Read on to find out if the Apex Legends Founder’s Pack is worth it.

What’s in the Apex Legends Founder’s Pack?

Apex Legends Founder's Pack

If you want more than just the base game of Apex Legends, you might be taking a look at the Founder’s Pack. Available on Xbox One, PS4, and PC, the Founder’s Pack is one of the most expensive add-ons you can purchase for Apex Legends. Below is the complete list of the Founder’s Pack contents:

  • 2000 Apex Coins
  • Exclusive Legendary Demon Hemlok Weapon Skin
  • One exclusive Founder’s Badge
  • Three exclusive Banner Frames (one for Wraith, Bloodhound, and Gibraltar)
  • Three exclusive Roughneck Character Skins (one for Wraith, Bloodhound, and Gibraltar)

Purchasing the Founder’s Pack will set you back a hefty sum of money, however. $29.99 in the USA, or £24.99 in the UK. While it sounds like a lot of money to put aside for some Apex Coins and several skins, bear in mind that the Apex Coins are expensive when purchased alone. 2000 Apex Coins will set you back $19.99, for example. You can spend them on customization items, cosmetic Apex Packs, and new characters.

Whether the Founder’s Pack is worth it is entirely up to you. Buying it will allow you to stand out on the battlefield, however, with exclusive character and weapon skins alongside the Founder’s Badge, and Frames. You could, however, buy the far cheaper Starter Pack. Only $4.99, the Starter Pack gives you:

  • 600 Apex Coins
  • Exclusive Animated Fresh Meat RE45 Weapon Skin
  • Exclusive Feeding Frenzy Badge

This, coupled with the PlayStation Plus Play Pack (which is free for PlayStation Plus owners), will have you standing out on the battlefield. For the ultimate in customization options, however, you could get all three. It’s up to you, but it will make a free game expensive and not offer any gameplay benefits or differences.
