Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack

Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack Not Working Fix for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox

If you purchased the Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack during the beta, but now see that it’s not working or not showing up during the Overwatch 2 launch, you’re not the only one. A part of the reason is likely due to two DDoS attacks on the game that Activision Blizzard has acknowledged, causing multiple connection errors and a lot of player frustration.

Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack not working solutions

Moderators on the official Reddit for the game have noted under “Known Launch Issues” that “some cosmetics, items, and currency that players own are not showing in their collections,” so at the very least, the developers are aware of issues with the Watchpoint Pack not appearing. Users have reported problems with the skins or coins in the pack not showing up, or the entire pack not registering at all.

You may want to wait for Blizzard to fix all this, but in the meantime we have some possible solutions that you can try. That said, some of these fixes may work better on Xbox consoles than on PS5 or PC, but they’re worth trying anyway.

Solution 1: Log out of Battle.net

One solution that has worked for one user on Reddit is logging out of Battle.net completely, specifically through the Battle.net app, and reconnecting. Doing that helped to re-verify that the user had the Watchpoint Pack and the Battle Pass when the user logged back into the game.

Solution 2: Delete save data

Another user on Xbox reportedly fixed the issue by going to the Manage Game and Add-ons for the game. From there, he went to the save data, selected the right profile, and deleted it. Starting Overwatch 2 again then forced the game to resync the data so that the Watchpoint Pack reappeared.

Solution 3: Repurchase on the storefront

If you have already purchased the Watchpoint Pack, you might be able to go to the storefront in your chosen marketplace and reconfirm the Watchpoint Pack by clicking on the “buy” button again, according to another Reddit user. For some users, this may help sync the pack purchase with Overwatch 2 servers once more. But if the storefront asks you to purchase it again in full, don’t go ahead with it. It’s probably better to wait it out at that point.
