Company Coins are obtained either by playing Battlefield 5, or spending real world money on them via the game’s store. You earn them by playing different game modes and completing challenges. Once you have enough to purchase an item you want, head to the “Armory” menu and locate what you want to buy there. You can use your Company Coins to unlock what you want then.
