Little Nightmares 2 Gameplay: Is this sequel pee-your-pants scary?

Little Nightmares 2 is finally releasing this week and GR’s Mack — accompanied by his wonderful puppy Mocha — will be showing off gameplay and giving his reactions to the sequel on Twitch.

In our walkthrough of the game’s opening 90 minutes, Mack will run down his thoughts from his time spent reviewing the game, fielding questions from viewers and occasionally dealing with Mocha’s adorable zoomies. Watch the game’s opening and enjoy our relatively spoiler-free playthrough before the game officially launches on February 11 (UK physical edition delay notwithstanding).

The original Little Nightmares was an under-the-radar hit, with its unique art direction and eerie atmosphere earning it a big cult following. Its sequel ups the ante considerably, with Mack calling it “worryingly imaginative” when it comes to dreaming up new ideas in its grim world.

You can check out our Little Nightmares 2 gameplay below, and make sure to give us a follow over on Twitch to stay up to date with future livestreams:

Along with our Little Nightmares 2 gameplay, this week we’ll also be streaming Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury when it’s released on Friday, so be sure to keep your eyes on the channel as Mack ‘n’ Mocha take on Nintendo’s next big release. We can’t imagine it’ll be as spooky as Little Nightmares 2, but with Bowser being transformed into a terrifying Dark Souls monster, who knows at this point.
