Cross-Play Podcast Episode #1: A Challenger Appears

The Cross-Play Podcast is finally here! On the first episode of this brand new joint venture between GameRevolution and our sister site PlayStation LifeStyle, we discuss Far Cry 5 and its tonal issues, Ni no Kuni 2 and its similarities to Suikoden, along with carefully revealing nothing about God of War as Jason continues to play it ahead of its release. We also answer reader questions at the end of the episode, so be sure to stick around!

This is the first episode in a weekly podcast series for GR and PSLS readers, with every new episode being beamed to you directly via GameRevolution.com at 12 pm ET each Tuesday. We’re also looking to field questions from our readers in our next episode, so if there’s something you wanted to ask us, then sound off in the comments section below or post in the Cross-Play podcast GR forum thread.

There were some slight audio issues with this first recording that will be ironed out next week. In our next episode, we’ll also be bringing some detailed discussion regarding the next God of War ahead of its release. If you want to find out more about one of the year’s most highly anticipated new releases, then you need to tune in next Tuesday!

The first episode of the Cross-Play podcast features GR’s Executive Editor Paul Tamburro and Lead Editor Jason Faulkner joined by PSLS Editor-in-Chief Cameron Teague and Senior Editor Chandler Wood, with us covering the biggest releases of the past couple of weeks along with the biggest gaming news. Listen to the podcast and SoundCloud and YouTube below, with iTunes and Spotify versions set to follow in the very near future:
