Did Outlast 2’s Adult Diaper Kickstarter Reveal The Game’s Release Date?

Will you be protected when #2 comes out? That was the question posed by game developer Red Barrels when they attempted to Kickstart their "Underscares" adult diaper to protect your pants when you inevitably soil them while playing Outlast 2 (that Kickstarter is currently on pace to meet it's goal, but only barely).

Ever since Outlast 2 was delayed to 2017, all we've been wondering is "when will #2 come out?" But (butt?), because Kickstarter requires every project to have an estimated delivery date, Red Barrels may have given themselves away with this viral marketing ploy.

As you can see, for any pledge reward that includes an Outlast 2 Steam Key, the estimated delivery date is March 2017, whereas anything without a Steam Key is Dec 2016.

This would line up with Red Barrels indication that the game would release in Q1 2017, but it could also be just a placeholder for such a release, similar to when games have a release date on Amazon before their actual release date, for example.

Since Red Barrels has been mum on specifics for the release date, not directly answering numerous questions on Twitter from multiple users, Outlast 2's release date is anyone's guess, but the nearest we can figure, it will be in March.
