Buy Nintendo Games on the Web, Automatically Have Them Downloaded to Your Wii U, 3DS

Nintendo's online web store now allows users to purchase games digitally, making it finally possible to buy titles without having to fire up either the 3DS or Wii U.

Your purchases will then conveniently be automatically downloaded to the device for which you bought it. Just remember that the Nintendo Network ID registered to your console must be the same as the one you use to buy the game online!

You can also pre-order titles on the site, as there's currently a pre-order button on the listing page for the digital version of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. It looks like Nintendo is finally getting up with the times! Yay for technology.
