New App Encourages Safe, Virtual Soccer Brawling

Hooligans: The Bravest presents players with the opportunity to get into all the fun soccer brawling without actually throwing a punch or getting bruised. I mean, all that running around and kicking and the only injuries are faked? Mobile gamers can fix that just like players from Cameroon.

Hooligans lets you choose your hero and "unleash your wrath on the military enemies using all the special attacks and powers at your disposal." Players can choose from a few different hooligans and gain new recruits, capture bases, and take in the sights of one oppressive anti-soccer country.

Artik Games also promise a variety of upgrades and special powers, though some of these will require an in-app purchase. Hooligans: The Bravest costs $2.99 on the App Store.
