First Screens for Tales from the Borderlands Feature Zer0

Telltale Games hasn't revealed much about Tales from the Borderlands apart from a webpage and that this episodic adventure is an obvious collaboration with Gearbox Software, but we finally have a handful of screenshots and, if you haven't seen it yet posted December of last year, a YouTube video of the title (posted above).

Premiering last this summer, Tales from the Borderlands will feature Pandora after the events of Borderlands 2 and will alternate between the perspectives of Rhys and Fioa. The former is described, via press release, as "a scheming, low-level data-miner within Hyperion who's plotting his own grand ambitions" and the latter as "a clever and classic fast-talking con-artist born and raised on Pandora out to pull off the grift of a lifetime."

Through their adventures on the outlands, the duo will meet other vault haunted like the emoticon assassin Zer0 from Borderlands 2. Their story will be a part of the official canon, so those following the lore will want to be kept abreast of the game.

According to Telltale Games' Producer Adam Sarasohn on the official PlayStation blog, some loot obtained in Tales from the Borderlands will actually carry over to other parts of the Borderlands franchise. Each episode will be $4.99, though the overall price will be cheaper with a Season Pass.
