Kojima Wants Snake in Smash Bros. but Says It’s Unlikely

Metal Gear Solid action hero Solid Snake joined the fight in Nintendo's brawler on Wii, but it doesn't look like he'll be returning in the upcoming iteration of Super Smash Bros., which is headed to both Wii U and 3DS.

"I'm not working on that game so I don't know, but I don't think that's likely," Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima said of Snake coming to Smash Bros. 4 during a Twitch interview.

However, that doesn't mean he's against having the stealth-action hero included in the Nintendo-centric fighter. In fact, he's actually very much in favor of having Snake included. "Well, if Mr. Sakurai is watching this, please use Snake," he added.

Would you like to see Solid Snake make a return in the new Smash Bros.?
