What If? Episode 9 Spoilers: Season finale detailed in leaks

What If? Episode 9 Spoilers

If the What If? season finale leaks are correct, episode 9 will show the hybrid Ultron/Vision powered by all the Infinity Stones — as they appeared in the ending of episode 7 — waging a cataclysmic war against all of the multiverse, with only Black Widow as a survivor in the original timeline. The resistance against Ultron comes with the Guardians of the Multiverse, consisting of Black Panther/Killmonger, Gamora from the upcoming episode 8, T’Challa/Star-Lord, Party Thor, and evil Doctor Strange.

Earlier this year, a leaker on Reddit went into detail about the events of the entire series of What If? and, as the series has progressed, it’s been apparent that this person was right on the money. They were incorrect about the order of some of the episodes — Party Thor was supposed to have been much earlier, for example — but it’s possible this may have been changed by Marvel Studios sometime during the show’s run. Everything else has been proven true, so it seems likely What If? is going to end with a massive battle for the multiverse.

Despite being a much more silly episode than anything Marvel Studios has previously done, episode 7 seems to be a vital tease to the season finale. Head here to find out if there was a post-credits scene to further tease episode 8 or 9, and head here to discover if that really was Chris Hemsworth as Party Thor.
