Fortnite 3.28 (17.50) update patch notes

As is now tradition, Epic Games hasn’t formally released Fortnite 3.28 patch notes. However, there are a number of fixes it is currently working on that it’s safe to assume could be included in the new update.

These fixes include:

  • Weapons may sometimes disappear from Chests and Supply Drops
  • Unable to complete ‘Use a Phone Booth as Clark Kent’ quest
  • Unable to fish while inside certain vehicles
  • Vehicles may desync when a player exits the vehicle
  • Losing item functionality after swapping from Prop-ifier to Consumable

We’ll update the patch notes when Epic Games provides an official list of changes.

Fortnite 3.28 (17.50) leaks and datamine

Whenever a new Fortnite update rolls out, leakers shared datamined information obtained via the game’s newly added files. This is no different for this 3.28 update.

The datamined info is slowly trickling out today, with leakers such as HYPEX and more gearing up for the newly added details.

The biggest new addition is the Fortnite Crew Legacy set, which will level up for each month that you’re an active subscriber of the paid monthly subscription service.

We’ll update this story when more leaks and datamined information becomes available.

In other news, we went hands-on with the extreme sports game Riders Republic and were impressed by what we played. The introduction of Fortnite Mega Islands could also make Creative maps four times bigger.
