Pokémon X & Y Each Sell More Than 1 Million Units Faster Than Any Other 3DS Title

Nintendo doesn't mean to brag, but it's kind of a big deal. Its dual-screened 3DS family of portables have sold more than any other hardware for months and months, while many of its games have sold more than a million units, but Pokémon X & Y hold the latest sales record.

Both Pokémon X and Pokémon Y have sold more than a million units and together they did it faster than any other game on 3DS. After Pokémon X & Y's release, Nintendo 3DS hardware flew off the shelves at a rate increase of 135%. One in five 3DS owners with a copy of Pokémon X or Pokémon Y, so I think it's safe to say this next-gen Pokémon adventure has hit critical mass.

Check out our review of Pokémon X & Y and then see the full infographic below. Are you one of the 3DS owners with a copy of the latest Pokémon game? How's it feel to be a statistic?
