Mortal Kombat Skarlet DLC Dated; More DLC Characters Teased

The first real DLC character, Skarlet, is coming to Mortal Kombat on June 21st. That's great news. But even better than that, is the additional DLC characters teased in Skarlet's new story trailer.

As you can see at the very end of the trailer, Kenshi (who we already knew was coming), Rain, and an unknown character whose name is nothing more than three question marks, will be making their way into Mortal Kombat in the near future.

I know Rain was among the GR reader's favorites when we asked what characters you'd like to see in upcoming DLC.

Along with the premium Skarlet DLC, will come a free "compatibility pack" that allows players without the DLC to see it while playing against opponents who do have the DLC. To entice you to download this compatibility pack, NetherRealm Studios is including free "MK3" costumes for Sektor and Cyrax. You can see those costumes here in a leaked video from last month.
