Luigi’s Mansion 3 DLC announced for 2020

Nintendo has announced a two-part Luigi’s Mansion 3 DLC pack coming in 2020. The first part of the Luigi’s Mansion 3 Multiplayer Pack will release sometime before April 30, 2020, and the second pack will come before July 31.

Part 1 of the Luigi’s Mansion DLC will include three new minigames for ScreamPark mode, six new themed ghosts, three more outfits, and three additional ScareScraper mode floors. It appears all of these additions are only for the game’s multiplayer modes, but it’s unknown if the outfits and themed ghosts could also become available in Luigi’s Mansion 3′s campaign. Nintendo has yet to specify what exactly will come in Part 2 of the DLC, but it did say both ScreamPark and ScareScraper will receive new content.

The Luigi’s Mansion 3 DLC is now available to pre-order for $9.99, which gives access to both parts once they release. Additionally, anyone who pre-orders will gain immediate access to the Flashlight Type-P accessory (available after unlocking the Gallery in Professor E. Gadd’s lab), which adds a Polterpup face to Luigi’s flashlight.
