With Avengers: Endgame hitting theaters in just a few days, hype for the superhero-laden film is at an all-time high. And it seems like a good opportunity to introduce a peripheral inspired by it, doesn’t it? Well, leave it to Kustom Kontrollerz to do just that.
The team, which specializes in designing special controllers inspired by hit franchises, just unleashed its latest designs on Twitter. Fans of the special suits teased in the Avengers: Endgame trailers should see something very familiar with these designs.
“It’s not about how much we lost, it’s about how much we have left,” the official Kustom Kontrollerz Twitter account notes. It then showed off the two different designs, one for Xbox One and one for PlayStation 4.
Put together by artist Mr. MP Viral, the designs feature a beautiful flow of steel black, dark red, and white colors. They also make use of the Avengers logo to some extent, though they don’t get in the way of the controller’s design.
There are also some beautiful button layouts on each controller, utilizing both red and white colors for a great aesthetic.
Now, note the word “inspired” in there. That’s because these aren’t official Marvel–licensed controllers, but rather ones “inspired” by the Avengers design. But they’re still top-tier quality, and well worth a grab if you’re a Marvel fan.
The controllers can be purchased here on the Kustom Kontrollerz website. They’re a bit steep in price, going for around $299.99. Hopefully Marvel will see these guys’ potential and do an official team-up down the road. That’s how the Avengers work, after all.
