The early access version of Blades was released earlier this week and players are immediately allowed to utilize The Elder Scrolls Blades microtransactions. Free-to-play games often include microtransactions in them as a way to earn money. In Blades, you will earn chests. Early in the game, the chests will open right away. However, as you progress, the opening of chests requires you to wait or you can bypass it by spending gems.

The Elder Scrolls Blades has a variety of amounts when it comes to buying gems. The highest number of gems you can purchase if 14,000, this will give you access to the “Imperial Coffer” which costs $159.99. Along with earning chests in-game, you can simply buy chests with gems. A “Legendary Chest” is worth 2,500 gems, which you can buy for $30.99. The chests include things like items to allow you to upgrade your buildings in the game. The items are available through play as well.
