Miiverse Getting Browser And Smartphone Support This Spring

Nintendo's Kiyoshi Mizuki announced during a Miiverse-centric GDC panel that the company's online sharing platform will soon be available on computers and smartphones.

Mizuki was unable to provided a specific date, but said that they're shooting for browser and smartphone support to go live this April; however, he did apologize in advance if it ends up getting pushed to May. He also went on to reaffirm that Miiverse support for the 3DS is still in the works, but was sadly unable to share an expected launch window. Though, the Miiverse producer did go on to add that they expect it to be huge thanks to the handheld's large install base. Well duh.
