Star Wars 1313 Possibly Put “On Hold”

When Disney purchased Lucasfilm several months ago, many gamers were worried that this might impact the progress of Star Wars 1313. However, LucasArts assured the public that the game's development would remain unaffected.

A report from Kotaku suggests that this is apparently no longer the case, as ”the focus is on the new trilogy, not on material that is unrelated to the planned JJ Abrams-directed Star Wars: Episode VII." So, it stands to reason that the game is currently on hold for the time being.

Hopefully this doesn't end up compromising the entire project. From what we've seen of Star Wars 1313 thus far, we can't help but be excited at what LucasArts has dreamed up. To stay updated on the situation, be sure to stay tuned to GameRevolution.
