The Game Awards Nominees Announced – See Them All Here

The Game Awards nominees have been announced in a livestream on the YouTube channel for the award show created by Geoff Keighley. Many of The Game Awards nominees are exactly the games one might expect. A few indie games have also posted some respectable nominations.

God of War and Red Dead Redemption 2 have both been nominated for eight awards each. These two games wil also be duking it out for the coveted Game of the Year award. 2018’s Spider-Man comes in second with seven overall nominations. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and the indie title Celeste bring up fourth and fifth place, respectively, with four nominations each.
