Xbox Live Users Vote Mitt Romney As Winner Of First Presidential Debate

Earlier this week, President Obama and former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney squared off in the first presidential debate of 2012. Gamers were able to watch it over Xbox Live and cast their vote in favor of whoever they thought won the verbal battle. The majority has spoken, and according to Microsoft's results, Romney was the clear victor.

An Xbox spokesperson shared the following with IGN:

Romney was indeed a winner of last night’s debate with the Xbox Live audience, despite what some of the raw, real-time numbers might have shown. We asked 10 questions during the debate to gauge who won exchanges or segments, and we found that ‘undecideds’ broke for Romney while Obama consistently lost support from his base.

But enough about the Xbox 360 community at large; we want to hear from you! Let us know who you think won the debate in the comments below.
